Step 1: Immerse the sponge float in clean water and wring out excess moisture so the sponge is damp but not soaking wet.

Step 2: Clean the tiled surface using even, circular movements to remove excess grout.

Step 3: Rinse the sponge float regularly in clean water to avoid residue and maintain a clean finish.

Step 4: Finish by lightly wiping the surface for an even, streak-free result once the joints have set.
