Shipping policy

Nivello ships to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany, offering fast delivery methods at competitive rates or even free for most customers.

Delivery rates

For orders under €40 within Belgium, a shipping fee of €5 applies. Delivery times are expressed in working days. Orders of €40 or more qualify for free shipping within Belgium.

For the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany, shipping is free for orders above €40. For orders below €40, a shipping fee of €7 applies.


Delivery times

Once you place an order, it takes 1 working day for our warehouse to process and dispatch it. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link.

  • Orders placed before 13:00 are delivered the next working day in Belgium.
  • Orders placed before 13:00 are shipped the same day with DPD and delivered within 48 hours in the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Luxembourg.

During promotional periods and holidays, shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher order volumes. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Order changes or cancellation

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee any changes.

Send an email to info@nivello.eu with your order number, and we will assist you as best as possible.


Returns

You can easily return your item yourself.

  1. Fill out the contact form on our website and indicate that you wish to return your order.
  2. You will receive a return label by email.
  3. Print the label, carefully pack the item, and attach the label to the parcel.
  4. Drop off the package at a postal point.

Once we receive your return, you will get a confirmation email. Returns are processed within 2 working days after arrival at our warehouse.

After processing, you will automatically receive your refund within 5 working days via your original payment method.


Non-accepted returns

All products can be returned except:

  • Damaged products
  • Used products

Products that fall under these exceptions may only be refunded upon mutual agreement.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive the returned package.

All return shipping costs are covered by Bislevel. Returns are completely free of charge.
