Not completely satisfied with the product? That’s unfortunate! We are here to help you with a quick and simple return process. You can return the items to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt.

  • Return conditions

    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

     

    If the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned.

     

    Please note: damaged products also include damaged packaging or items with visible signs of use.

  • How do you return a product?

    The return process is as follows:

    1. Fill in the contact form on our website and indicate that you wish to return your order.
    2. You will receive a shipping label by email. Print this label.
    3. Carefully package the item and attach the shipping label to the parcel.
    4. Bring the parcel to a drop-off point.
    5. After receiving your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. Returns are processed within 7 working days after receipt.

  • Refund

    After processing your return, you will receive your purchase amount back within 14 days via the original payment method.

     

    Nivello covers all return costs. Returning items is therefore completely free of charge.
