Can I place an order as both a private customer and a professional?
Yes. Both private customers and professional tilers, contractors, and construction companies can place orders through our webshop.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can still make use of our return policy.

From what order value do I qualify for free shipping?
You qualify for free shipping on orders of €40 or more to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Warranty

- All parts and accessories must be included.
