Helix Leveling System

The Helix leveling system prevents lippage and irregularities when installing wall and floor tiles. It is ideal for large-format tiles, where precision and flatness are essential. Thanks to the smart twist system, the Helix leveling system is easy to use and can be fully operated without pliers.

Why choose the Helix leveling system?

When installing tiles, especially large-format and wood-look tiles—even small height differences or slight warping can become highly visible. Wood-look tiles are often not perfectly flat, increasing the risk of an uneven surface.

The Helix twist leveling system prevents this by keeping tiles perfectly aligned during adhesive curing. Thanks to the cap-based twist system, pressure is evenly distributed, allowing even slightly curved tiles to be properly aligned without the need for leveling pliers.

Tiles remain stable and do not shift during drying, making this system particularly suitable for wood-look tiles, large-format tiles, and decorative laying patterns.

How the Helix leveling system works

Start by applying sufficient adhesive and place the first tile perfectly level. Then slide one or more clips under the edge of the tile and gently tap it into place. Position the next tile onto the base of the leveling clip so both tiles align correctly.

Next, screw the leveling cap onto the clip to bring the tiles to the same height. Leave the caps in place while the adhesive cures. Once the adhesive has nearly hardened, simply break off the clips in the direction of the joint using a rubber mallet or your foot.

The leveling caps are reusable for future projects.
