Orders placed before 13:00 are shipped the same working day with DPD and delivered the next working day.

Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany
Orders placed before 13:00 are shipped the same working day with DPD and delivered within 48 hours.

Delays
During promotional periods, shipments may experience delays due to a higher volume of orders. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

When our logistics partner receives your parcel for delivery, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your shipment or to change the delivery address or time.

Not at home?
Open the email from our logistics partner and choose an alternative delivery option. If you are unable to change this, your parcel will usually be delivered to your neighbours, the nearest post office, or a parcel pickup point in your area.

Make sure your shipping address is correct. Once your order has been dispatched—which we aim to do as quickly as possible, changes can no longer be guaranteed.

Orders are shipped free of charge to Belgium and the Netherlands for all orders from €40. For orders under €40, a €5 shipping fee applies.

Orders are shipped free of charge to France, Luxembourg and Germany for all orders from €55. For orders under €55, a €7 shipping fee applies.

Within one working day after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. By clicking the tracking number, you will be redirected directly to the tracking page.

Unfortunately, we do not offer faster shipping options. We provide the fastest possible delivery times depending on the destination country.
